We stand behind the PlayIQX Blueprint. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email hello@stratiqx.com within 30 days of purchase
2. Include your order number or purchase email
3. We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

No Questions Asked

We don't require you to explain why you want a refund. If the Blueprint isn't right for you, that's okay.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Processing time depends on your bank/card issuer (typically 5-10 business days).

Access After Refund

After a refund is issued, you should delete your copy of the Blueprint. Continued use after refund violates the license terms.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available:

• More than 30 days after purchase
• If you've violated the license terms
• For chargebacks (please contact us first)
