1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing the PlayIQX Blueprint ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the Blueprint to build unlimited projects
• Modify and adapt the code and patterns for your needs
• Build commercial products and client work using the Blueprint
• Keep all profits from products you build

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the Blueprint itself
• Claim authorship of the Blueprint content or methodology
• Extract and resell portions of the Blueprint as standalone products
• Share your access credentials with others

4. Delivery

The Product will be delivered via email download link within 24 hours of purchase. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your copy.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the Blueprint for any reason, email hello@stratiqx.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

6. Support

30 days of email support is included. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Support covers questions about the Blueprint content, not custom implementation work.

7. Updates

You receive lifetime access to updates for 1 year from purchase date. Major version updates (2.0, 3.0) may be sold separately.

8. Disclaimer

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We make no guarantees about the results you'll achieve using the Blueprint.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StratIQX be liable for any damages arising from use of the Product, including lost profits or data.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Your Jurisdiction].
